Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy (hereinafter "the Policy") details the conditions under which Brucite Orange Inc, a company registered in United States of America, the State of Utah under number +18312664236, with its registered office at 9432 North Timpanogos Cove, Cedar Hills, UT 84062 (hereinafter “Brucite Orange Inc”, "we" or "us") may issue refunds to customers for purchases made on the IntellectSEO platform. This Policy forms an integral part of our General Terms of Use and should be read in conjunction with them.

1. Tokens and Single-Unit Purchases

1.1 Finality of Purchases: Tokens acquired on the IntellectSEO platform, whether through a subscription or individually ("pay-as-you-go"), are non-refundable. Since the Tokens grant immediate access to our digital content generation features, the service is deemed rendered upon crediting the Tokens to your account.

1.2 Immediate Use: Upon payment confirmation, purchased Tokens are immediately available for use to generate Content, which constitutes the immediate performance of the service.

1.3 No Guarantee of Results: IntellectSEO does not guarantee specific results regarding the use of Tokens for content generation. The quality, relevance, or suitability of the generated Content to your specific needs cannot justify a refund request.

2. Subscriptions

2.1 Recurring Billing: Subscriptions are subject to recurring billing. The corresponding amount is automatically debited from your payment method based on the chosen frequency (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

2.2 No Pro-Rata Refund: If a subscription is canceled during the current period, no pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining unused period. The User will retain full access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle.

2.3 Cancellation: Users must cancel the subscription via the user interface at least 24 hours before the renewal date to prevent the next automated billing cycle.

3. Tokens Included in Subscriptions

3.1 Expiration: Tokens included in a subscription are allocated for a specific period (monthly/annually). Unused Tokens do not carry over to the next period.

3.2 Non-Refundable: Any unused Tokens remaining at the end of the relevant subscription period are not eligible for a refund, credit, or any other form of compensation.

4. Billing Errors

4.1 Claims Procedure: In the event of a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), the User must report the error no later than 30 days following the date of the disputed transaction, by email to contact@Intellectseos.com.

4.2 Required Documentation: The claim must be accompanied by necessary supporting documents (invoice, bank statement, etc.) demonstrating the alleged error.

4.3 Refund Method: Following confirmation of the billing error, IntellectSEO will refund the unduly charged amount to the original payment method or grant an equivalent Token credit to your account, at our discretion.

5. Technical Malfunctions

5.1 Significant Service Interruption: In the event of a major technical malfunction directly attributable to IntellectSEO that renders the Service unusable for a continuous period exceeding twenty-four (24) hours, compensation may be granted in the form of additional Tokens.

5.2 Token Loss: In the event of a confirmed loss of Tokens resulting from a technical malfunction of the platform, IntellectSEO undertakes to restore the lost Tokens after verification of the incident.

5.3 Exclusions: No compensation will be due for service interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or events beyond the control of IntellectSEO.

7. Cooling-Off Period (First-Time Subscriptions Only)

7.1 Contractual Cooling-Off Period: IntellectSEO contractually grants a cooling-off period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of the initial purchase of a subscription, provided that no Tokens have been used and no content has been generated on the account.

7.2 Exercising the Right: To benefit from this cooling-off period, you must make an unambiguous request by email to contact@Intellectseos.com within the 7-day period, specifying your user ID and the transaction reference.

8. Account Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure: In the event of voluntary account closure by the User, no refund will be issued for unused Tokens or remaining subscription periods.

8.2 Closure for Violation: If the account is closed by IntellectSEO due to a violation of the General Terms of Use, IntellectSEO reserves the right to delete all remaining Tokens and the remaining subscription period without compensation.

9.2 Time Limit: Any claim must be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the disputed transaction or the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to the Refund Policy

10.1 Right to Modify: IntellectSEO reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, particularly to adapt it to changes in laws or the evolution of the Service.

10.2 Notification: Substantial changes will be notified to users by email and/or a notice visible on the Site at least 30 days before they take effect. The applicable Policy is the one in effect on the date of the transaction in question.
